SVR Lawyers excited to join the Calgary Premier League

Calgary, Alberta: ONE Volleyball is excited to announce NEW ownership for the 2019 season. SVR Lawyers will be assuming the WM Greenbacks for a highly anticipated Year 2 of the Calgary Premier League.

With our partners Canuck Stuff Volleyball Club, we can’t wait for the Athlete Showcase, the Draft, and the season to start in May!" - SVR Partner, John McDougall.

NEW for 2019: Teams are able to secure to 3 players from their 2018 roster prior to the Draft. As new owners, the SVR Stallions retain the rights to players on their team. Stay tuned for announcements on what athletes will be protected from the upcoming 2019 Athlete Draft!

About: The ONE Volleyball Premier League runs in Calgary and Toronto and is comprised of four men’s and four women’s elite teams in each city that compete in June and July. It aims to support the professional development of post-secondary athletes through professional training and competition opportunities within Canada.
