"With a great history of providing boys and girls with awesome volleyball experiences at camp, it was only natural that we acquire a women's team to our team ownership. We look forward to having all of our athletes act as positive role models for our campers on and off the court. We can't wait for the #madness to begin," says Howie Grossinger, Madawaska Owner.

The Madawaska Madmen have been involved with the ONE Volleyball Premier League since the 2017 inaugural season. Entering year 3, they are excited to have 2 teams in the Toronto Premier League, adding a Women’s team to the Madawaska Pro Volleyball family!

They will now be known as the “Madawaska Madness” to better represent both the Men and Women’s team.

“With Unity Volleyball stepping down from the Toronto Premier League, it was a loss for us all as they brought amazing energy, history and their emphasis on family to our group of dynamic owners. While they are still involved in other aspects of the League, having another enthusiastic owner like Howie (of Madawaska Camps) add a team to his portfolio was a welcomed and natural step forward.

Madness was the first team in our inaugural season to step up the game in terms of branding and social presence with their community. We are excited to see what kind of Madness they have in store for the 2019 season!” Says Jolande Amoraal, co-founder of the Premier League.
